Openwire Support and Maintenance meets the client’s Application Support requirements 12 hours per day, five days a week. In addition, emergency Operational Support is available 24 hours a day. Software Support and Maintenance also ensures that the client receives the latest software support patches to enhance the services with the most recent SAP version.

As an added benefit for enterprise customers, Openwire also provides optional dedicated fulltime and on-call specialized teams to meet the client support requirements.
